Phrynoris Minor is an ice planet, home of the Thauil species who live in sculpted cities in some of the warmer and more protected equatorial regions; the poles here can get as low as -90 celsius, the inhabited equator a rather balmier -5 in midsummer. The main inhabited areas are also home to networks of ice caves that extend some way way below the surface.
